IDEA Public Schools, a nationally recognized network with 15+ consecutive years of nearly 100% college acceptance among graduates, is hiring an Executive Director to lead the next chapter of growth for IDEA Greater Cincinnati.
This is a senior regional leadership role reporting to the National Executive Director of IPS Enterprises, with full accountability for academic outcomes, enrollment growth (1,100 to 1,800+ students), financial sustainability, talent development, and community visibility across the region. The ED serves as the primary liaison to the regional fiduciary Board of Directors, the state authorizer, and community stakeholders, while sitting on the IPS Leadership Team to help shape network-wide strategy.
We're looking for a leader with 7+ years of progressive executive experience, a track record leading multi-school or organization-wide operations, P&L/budget ownership, and demonstrated success growing enrollment and academic outcomes. This role suits someone who seeks full responsibility of a region, not a narrow functional lane, and who's energized by building leadership teams, driving data-informed instruction, and representing an organization publicly with funders, regulators, and elected officials. On-site in Cincinnati, full-time, salary range $161,694-$198,884 plus benefits and relocation assistance where applicable.
