We are seeking a dedicated Primary Care Physician (PCP) to join a growing, value-based care organization serving communities in Mobile, Alabama and Gulfport, Mississippi. This is a fantastic opportunity to practice patient-centered medicine with strong support, manageable panel sizes, and excellent compensation.


Position Highlights

Base Salary: $250,000
Sign-On Bonus: $15,000

Role Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive primary care to adult and geriatric patients
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation


Qualifications

✔️ MD or DO
✔️ Board Certified / Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
