As a Paramedic with CentraCare in Willmar, you will be at the forefront of delivering advanced pre-hospital emergency patient care and transportation. From neonates to geriatric patients, your expertise will be crucial in providing both emergent and non-emergent services to individuals across the surrounding communities. Your dedication will be instrumental in saving lives and providing comfort during times of crisis.
Pay and Benefits:
  • Starting pay begins at $29.69 per hour and increases with experience
    • Pay range: $29.69 - $43.46 per hour
  • $3,000 hiring bonus and $5,000 relocation assistance for eligible candidates!
  • Full-time Benefits: Medical, dental, PTO, retirement, employee discounts and more!
  • Work on our EMS team and get free continuing education through Flight Bridge to maintain and renew your certifications.

Schedule:
  • Part-time | 48 hours every two weeks.
  • 12-hour shifts
  • Working various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications:
  • Certificate Completion of an accredited Paramedic Program.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
  • Current Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification.
  • NIMMS 100, 200, 700 certifications; able to obtain within 3 months.
  • Paramedic Valid current National Registry and State of Minnesota Paramedic certification.
  • Valid Minnesota Class D driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

To be eligible for the hiring bonus and relocation bonus you must be an external candidate who is hired into an eligible full time or part-time benefited position. Previous CentraCare employees qualify if they have not worked for CentraCare for at least 9 months at the date of hire. Restrictions apply to relocation bonus. To qualify for the relocation bonus, the candidate must live at least 50 miles away from hired location and relocate within 30 miles of primary work location. CentraCare hiring incentives to include but not limited to, hiring and relocation bonuses may be discontinued at any time. Bonus amounts may differ based on full-time and part-time status.
