Graebel Companies Inc. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Revenue Accounting Analyst to join our dynamic finance team at our Wausau, Wisconsin office location. This is a full-time, entry-level hybrid position offering an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to launch or grow their career in revenue accounting within a globally recognized relocation and mobility services company.
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Revenue Accounting Analyst I plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of revenue recognition across Graebel Companies Inc.'s diverse portfolio of domestic and international client accounts. The purpose of this role is to understand the current fee structure and to ensure accurate revenue recognition through the various means of fee assessments. This role requires great attention to detail and time management skills while assessing, processing, and reconciling fees. The tasks associated with this role are time bound with many deadlines and cut offs. The role also requires the ability to review current processes and offer up suggestions to create efficiencies. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

Assessing of Domestic and International revenue and posting of same to appropriate customer subledger accounts. Reconciliations once fees have been posted to ensure accuracy. Upload fee vouchers in GC and reconcile to D365 prior to finalizing the vouchers. 
Contract interpretation and fee trigger identification. 
Prepare and maintain customer fee matrix, update assessment files for amendments. 
Audit/reconcile all files to ensure final relocation criteria match those used to invoice our fee. Adjust where appropriate. 
Assist as needed with special projects and assignments. 
Attend conference calls as needed. 
Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.
