Our dedicated team designs, installs, and maintains energy-saving systems, from simple system repairs to complete building management system replacements. We also partner with mechanical and general contractors to deliver automation solutions for new construction projects.

Position Requirements
What you'll do
  • Calibrate sensors and verify/tune control loops
  • Optimize system performance across HVAC and building automation systems
  • Generate and modify programs in building management software (BMS)
  • Perform system backups and database management
  • Review and troubleshoot customer issues with effective solutions
  • Replace defective sensors, controllers, and reprogram as necessary
  • Trace and repair failed communication cables
  • Add new devices/programming for system modifications and expansions
  • Install and wire control components
  • Prepare required administrative reports (expense reports, time sheets, field reports, etc.)
  • Maintain strong customer communication and relationships

What we are looking for
  • Experience as a building automation technician
  • Strong understanding of electrical circuits and IP networks
  • Proficiency with manual and power tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
  • Ability to travel locally/nationally, climb ladders, work on roofs, and operate in noisy environments
  • 2+ years of building automation technical experience
  • Familiarity with Schneider, Tridium, Siemens, Johnson, or Trane software
  • Skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Degree or certificate from a technical college or university
