Your Impact as a Hospitality Aideย 

In this role, you will:ย 

  • Support Nursing Services (Non-Clinical): Assist the nursing department with non-nursing tasks, including bed-making, passing water and ice, answering call lights, and gathering supplies.ย 

  • Assist with Meals: Prepare,ย deliver, and clean upย meals following dietary guidelines and safety standards.ย 

  • Encourage Participation: Support a positive living environment by encouraging residents to engage in activities and social programs.ย 

  • Maintain Cleanliness: Keep resident rooms andย common areasย clean, organized, and safe.ย 

  • Provide Laundry Assistance:ย Assistย with resident laundry services as needed.ย 

  • Follow Safety & Compliance Standards:ย Comply withย the Patient Bill of Rights, Employee Responsibilities, and all company and departmental safety policies and procedures.ย 

  • Observeย and Report:ย Identifyย and promptly report concerns, safety issues, or conditions requiring management or nursingย attention.ย
