Client Services Manager – Senior Living

BAYADA Home Health Care has an immediate opening for a Client Services Manager in our Allentown Senior Living Office.

Are you looking for an opportunity to grow your career in healthcare while building meaningful relationships with clients, families, and senior living communities? As a Client Services Manager, you'll play a key role in coordinating high-quality home care, supporting field staff, and helping grow the success of our office.

What You'll Do
  • Coordinate client services and address emergent scheduling needs.
  • Manage and proactively grow an assigned caseload.
  • Build lasting relationships with clients, families, referral sources, payors, and senior living communities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service while ensuring quality home care.
  • Partner with Clinical Managers to support and supervise field employees.
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with office and field teams.
  • Monitor key business and operational metrics, including admissions, Medicare utilization, and referral outcomes.
  • Support the overall growth and success of the Allentown Senior Living office.
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Prior healthcare, medical office, home care, or home health experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of Medicare and OASIS is a plus.
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated success achieving goals and taking on increasing responsibility.
  • Strong computer and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
