At Didion, you'll lead major capital investments that improve production capacity, reliability, safety, and operational performance across our biofuels manufacturing operations. Working closely with Operations, Maintenance, Reliability, and Leadership teams, you'll own projects from concept development through commissioning and startup while helping shape the future of a growing business. This role focuses on leading significant capital projects, managing engineering partnerships and contractors, and delivering results that have a lasting impact on our operations.

What You'll Own
  • Lead capital projects through planning, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and startup
  • Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, contractors, and project risks
  • Develop scopes of work, bid packages, contractor strategies, and execution plans

What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering
  • 5+ years of engineering, project management, or capital project experience in an industrial manufacturing environment

  • Strong understanding of budgeting, contractor management, commissioning, and project controls
  • Experience in ethanol, renewable fuels, grain processing, food manufacturing, chemical processing, or other continuous-process manufacturing environments preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
