About the Role
We are seeking a Maintenance and Reliability Manager to join our team at our Swedesboro, NJ bakery. As a Maintenance and Reliability Manager, you will be accountable for driving asset reliability and maintenance excellence through reliability engineering and continuous improvement practices to maximize equipment performance, safety, and operational efficiency.
Compensation
Salary Range: $150,000-$160,000
Core Accountabilities (What You'll be Doing)
  • Lead and develop maintenance teams to drive performance in a highly automated manufacturing environment
  • Establish and execute reliability strategies, including asset hierarchy and criticality frameworks
  • Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance programs
  • Oversee maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution to optimize equipment uptime
  • Utilize data analytics and reliability modeling to improve asset performance and reduce downtime
  • Lead root cause analysis (RCA/RCFA) and FRACAS processes to drive corrective actions
  • Drive Lean and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance effectiveness

Minimum Qualifications (What You Bring to the Table)
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Reliability, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 7-10 years of progressive experience in maintenance and/or reliability engineering in manufacturing
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing technical or maintenance teams
  • Strong knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance processes
  • Proficiency with CMMS systems (SAP preferred) and Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience applying Lean and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications (Extra Ingredients for Success)
  • Experience with reliability modeling, statistical analysis, or simulation software
  • Background in highly automated manufacturing environments
  • Lean/Six Sigma certification or formal training
  • Experience managing capital engineering or equipment improvement projects
  • Knowledge of world-class maintenance principles and systems
