Reliability Engineering Lead

Location: Montgomery, Alabama (and surrounding areas) Job Category: Operations Employment Type: Full-Time

Position Summary

The Reliability Engineering Lead ensures that all electronic products are designed and manufactured to withstand harsh environments for long-term warranty periods. This leader will analyze failures, drive corrective actions, and implement improvements that enhance product performance and dependability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and analyze products, materials, and components to predict failures.
  • Review product designs and manufacturing processes for reliability.
  • Develop prototypes, run tests, and gather reliability data.
  • Improve and maintain lab testing capabilities.
  • Interpret results using statistical and reliability models.
  • Document findings, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
