Job description

What you’ll do…

The Credentialing Coordinator provides administrative support to the Credentialing Department by maintaining provider records, supporting CAQH maintenance, organizing documentation, and ensuring data accuracy. Medical or dental administrative experience preferred; credentialing experience not required.

This position is located at our corporate office in Southfield, MI and has a hybrid schedule of Monday, Tuesday, Thursday in office and Wednesday/Friday remote.

What you’ll bring to the team…

  • Maintain data and credentialing records.
  • Collect and organize credentialing documentation.
  • Support CAQH maintenance and provider outreach.
  • Audit provider files for completeness.
  • Maintain trackers and reports.
  • Monitor credentialing inbox and Zendesk requests.
  • Organize electronic files and assist with projects.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What we require you have…

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
  • Medical or dental administrative experience preferred.
  • Credentialing/provider enrollment experience is a plus but not required.
  • Excellent communication skills and customer focus
  • An understanding of revenue cycle
  • Analytical and problem solving skills with a passion for detail & accuracy
  • Reliability and flexibility with time committed to the position

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
