The PENTA Building Group is searching for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Phoenix, AZ!
PENTA is seeking a motivated and dependable marketing professional who enjoys working as part of a collaborative team and takes pride in producing high-quality work. This role plays an important part in supporting project pursuits and helping communicate the story of the work we build and the relationships we value.
The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with operations, business development, and the marketing team to support proposals, presentations, and marketing initiatives across multiple offices and project pursuits. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and enjoys working with diverse teams to bring ideas and deliverables to fruition.

A PENTA Marketing Coordinator is also responsible for:
  • Support the development of RFQ/RFP responses, proposals, and interview presentations
  • Coordinate proposal efforts, including scheduling, content development, and compliance with submission requirements and deadlines
  • Write and edit proposal narratives, project descriptions, and team resumes
  • Create and format proposal graphics, charts, and visual elements using Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Assist with the production of marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, project sheets, and client-facing collateral
  • Coordinate with project teams to gather project data, photography, and technical information needed for marketing materials
  • Maintain and organize marketing resources, including proposal content libraries, project information, and team resumes
  • Assist with award submissions, client events, community outreach initiatives, and internal marketing communications
  • Help maintain consistency in branding and marketing standards across materials
  • This role occasionally requires flexibility to support proposal deadlines and interview preparation

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
  • 3-5 years of marketing experience within the AEC or professional services industry
  • Experience supporting proposal and presentation development
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign required; Photoshop and Illustrator preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams)
  • Experience with CRM or marketing database platforms preferred
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
