About the Role
Release Recovery is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Coordinator to support our Chief Medical Officer. This role will manage scheduling and day-to-day administrative needs, coordinate priorities across departments, and help ensure important projects and follow-up items stay on track.
The ideal candidate is comfortable managing competing priorities, exercising good judgment, and working independently in a fast-paced environment. This person will work closely with Clinical, Residential, Business Development, Billing, Compliance, Outcomes, and other teams across the organization.

Founded in 2017 by Zac Clark and a team of dedicated professionals, Release Recovery was built to reinvent the way the world views and treats recovery. Release helps individuals and families recover from substance use and mental health disorders through customized treatment, bespoke transitional living, and concierge recovery services.
Job Responsibilities
Executive Support
  • Manage and prioritize the Chief Medical Officer's calendar, meetings, appointments, and scheduling.
  • Review and organize requests, messages, and other items requiring the CMO's attention and follow up as needed.
  • Track action items, deadlines, and ongoing priorities and help ensure important items are completed.
  • Assist with correspondence, reports, presentations, meeting notes, records, documentation, and other administrative needs.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Department Coordination
  • Coordinate with Clinical, Residential, Business Development, and other departments on meetings, appointments, requests, and CMO priorities.
  • Work with Billing, Compliance, and Outcomes teams to gather information, coordinate follow-up, and help resolve routine issues related to the CMO's responsibilities.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal teams needing scheduling, information, or administrative support from the CMO.
Speaking Engagements & External Support
  • Identify and coordinate national speaking opportunities for the CMO.
  • Manage outreach, scheduling, logistics, materials, and follow-up for speaking engagements.
  • Work with Business Development and Marketing on related materials and promotion.
  • Coordinate travel and other logistics as needed.
  • Perform other job duties as assigned.

Requirements
Qualifications
  • Prior administrative, executive support, or similar professional experience.
  • Bachelor's degree required; degree in business administration, healthcare administration, communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong organizational, scheduling, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on open items.
  • Good judgment and the ability to determine when issues need to be elevated.
  • Comfortable working with multiple departments and levels of leadership.
  • Proficiency with common office and communication tools.
  • Healthcare or behavioral health experience preferred.
