  • Prospect new opportunities across commercial, industrial, construction, and agricultural sectors.

  • Prepare clear, comprehensive written proposals, quotes, and service agreements.

Fuel Solutions & Account Administration

  • Assess customer fuel consumption patterns, operational schedules, and tank storage requirements.

  • Advise clients on pricing structures, procurement strategies, and industry market trends.

  • Accurately submit delivery orders, routing instructions, and billing details into internal systems.

Account Retention & Growth

  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across fuel grades, lubricants, tank rentals, and specialty services.

  • Monitor account volumes and margins to proactively protect profitability and prevent churn.

  • Maintain an organized daily schedule for client touchpoints, follow-ups, and field site visits.

  • Stay current on industry trends and regulations by participating in relevant professional networks and training.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Fernley operations, dispatch, and administrative teams to ensure seamless delivery and execution.

  • Actively participate in sales and operational meetings to share customer feedback and optimize regional logistics.

Qualifications

  • Location Requirement: Must currently reside in Nevada within a commutable distance of the Fernley branch.

  • Proven track record in outside sales, territory management, or B2B account management.

  • Strong pipeline management, local prospecting, and deal-closing skills.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.

  • High self-motivation, solid time management, and disciplined scheduling habits.

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required for company vehicle use).

  • Prior experience in fuel distribution, industrial supply, transportation, or construction services is a strong plus.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $70,000 – $80,000/year, plus commission structure

  • Employment Type: Full-time

  • Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), paid holidays, and PTO
