We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Marketing Intern to support our Customer Success Management (CSM) team. In this role, you will play a key part in cleaning, organizing, and maintaining our install base data to ensure our customer records are accurate, complete, and actionable. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in B2B marketing operations and CRM data management.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Audit and clean install base customer data across CRM and marketing platforms to eliminate duplicates, outdated records, and incomplete entries
- Standardize data fields such as company names, contact information, product versions, and contract details according to established guidelines
- Research and verify customer account information using internal systems and publicly available sources
- Partner with CSM and Sales teams to reconcile discrepancies in customer records
- Assist in building and maintaining segmentation lists for install base marketing campaigns
- Document data cleanup processes and contribute to data governance best practices
- Flag data quality issues and escalate patterns or systemic problems to the appropriate team
EXPERIENCE and QUALIFICATIONS:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for accuracy
- Comfortable working with large datasets; experience with Excel or Google Sheets required
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
