We are currently seeking a Relationship Banker to join our tight-knit team in Fish Creek, WI, where community involvement and exceptional customer service shape everything we do.
About the Opportunity
As a Relationship Banker, you will be a trusted financial partner for customers across Door County. This role blends personalized service, relationship building, and community engagement. You'll work closely with a team of three at our Fish Creek branch, supporting our customers. This position will be required to work rotating Saturday mornings at our Sturgeon Bay location. If you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and strengthening community connections, this role offers a meaningful and rewarding career path.
What You'll Do

  • Develop Customer Relationships - Build long-term relationships by understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate products and services.
  • Support Consumer Lending - Originate consumer loans, assess creditworthiness, prepare loan recommendations, and guide customers through the lending process.
  • Open & Service Deposit Accounts - Assist customers with new accounts, account maintenance, safe deposit boxes, direct deposits, and online banking troubleshooting.
  • Provide Teller Support - Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, transfers, and other routine transactions with accuracy and care.
  • Engage in Community Business Development - Represent the bank at community events and build relationships that support local growth and customer acquisition.
