Position: Manager, Corporate Relations

Department: Corporate Relations Status: Full Time, Remote

Reports to: Vice President, Corporate Relations

Summary

The National Psoriasis Foundation (NPF) is the leading patient and research organization service for the more than 125 million people worldwide who live with psoriatic disease. For more than 55 years, NPF has been a dynamic and evolving organization dedicated to finding a cure for psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis while supporting anyone impacted. NPF provides free patient support and continuing medical education to be sure those impacted by psoriatic disease are armed with the latest information and resources to manage this chronic, systemic disease.

Position Overview

The Manager, Corporate Relations supports the growth and sustainability of NPFโ€™s mission by coordinating and managing partnership-driven initiatives, with a primary focus on the MyStudies program and corporate team project management. This role is responsible for supporting partnership execution, managing timelines and deliverables, coordinating cross-functional activities, and ensuring operational excellence across corporate relations initiatives.

The Manager will play a key role in maintaining strong partner relationships, supporting business development activities, and driving efficient execution of projects and programs that align with organizational priorities and revenue goals. This position works closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure partnership commitments are fulfilled accurately, efficiently, and on time.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

MyStudies Program Management

  • Lead day-to-day coordination and management of the MyStudies program and related partnership activities.
  • Serve as the primary internal project lead for MyStudies deliverables, timelines, reporting, and communications.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure successful execution of program objectives and contractual commitments.
  • Monitor program milestones, identify potential risks or delays, and proactively implement solutions to maintain project timelines.
  • Support ongoing program enhancements and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and participant engagement.

Corporate Relations Project Management

  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and workflows across corporate relations initiatives and partnerships.
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities between corporate relations, marketing, communications, patient navigation, research, and other internal teams.
  • Ensure all partnership deliverables are completed accurately, on time, and in compliance with contractual agreements and organizational standards.
  • Develop and maintain project trackers, timelines, meeting notes, and status updates for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support execution of sponsor activations, educational initiatives, awareness campaigns, and partnership programs.

Partnership Support & Relationship Management

  • Support management of active corporate partnerships by maintaining regular communication and ensuring a high-quality partner experience.
  • Assist with partnership renewals, reporting, stewardship activities, and fulfillment of partner benefits.
  • Support proposal development, presentation preparation, and other materials related to partnership opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of partner communications, agreements, deliverables, and activity within CRM and internal tracking systems.
  • Monthly partner newsletter development

Operational Support & Strategic Coordination

  • Assist the corporate relations team with department operations, process improvement initiatives, and administrative coordination.
  • Track progress toward departmental goals and support reporting related to partnership performance and revenue activities.
  • Assist the corporate relations team with event planning and execution, such as the annual Industry Summit, ACR Reception, AAD Reception, and the like
  • Monitor industry trends and relevant developments within the psoriatic disease and clinical research landscape to support program awareness and partner engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with the Vice President, Corporate Relations, Director, Corporate Relations and broader team to support strategic priorities and organizational initiatives.

Education/Experience/Skills

  • Bachelorโ€™s Degree required or 10+ year of relevant experience
  • Minimum of 2โ€“4 years of experience in project management, nonprofit development, corporate partnerships, program coordination, or related field
  • Experience managing timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional projects required
  • Experience supporting partnership programs, clinical research initiatives, or healthcare-related projects preferred
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, project management tools, and CRM/database systems
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments
  • Strong problem-solving and time-management skills
  • Available for occasional overnight travel
  • Must be available to work occasional evenings and weekends
  • Must be able to lift 40 pounds
