JOB SUMMARY
  • The Leadership Development & Culture Intern will be responsible for assisting the Leadership Development & Culture team. This includes but is not limited to assisting with new employee onboarding, employee service award events, employee appreciation events, leadership development initiatives, customer service training, and virtual learning. The HR Leadership Development & Culture Intern will also meet and work with other areas within the HR department, including: Compensation, Employee Relations, Employee Wellness, Front Office,, Recruitment, and Workforce Development. The HR Leadership Development & Culture Intern may also spend time with the Hendrick Health Executive of Human Resources.
