What You'll Do:

  • Be the go-to person for residents, addressing and resolving concerns promptly and professionally
  • Assist residents with leasing and renewing leases to help meet occupancy goals
  • Manage incoming leads and conduct engaging property tours for prospective residents
  • Coordinate vendor services, schedule maintenance and repair work, and keep residents informed of service disruptions
  • Organize and participate in resident events and activities to foster community
  • Maintain accurate records of resident interactions, lease agreements, and vendor services

Requirements


What You'll Bring:

  • 2+ years of experience as an Assistant Manager, Resident Relations Manager or Property Manager in multi-family properties, with prior leasing experience
  • Proficiency in Yardi property management software; experience with other property management software and Microsoft Office Suite preferred
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Ability to work weekends
