Project: EPT4 Border Wall Project – Antelope Wells, New Mexico
Employment Type: Full-Time / Project-Based

Position Overview

Durus Industrial is seeking experienced concrete and reinforcing steel installers to support execution of the EPT4 Border Wall Project located in Antelope Wells, New Mexico.

This position supports structural concrete operations associated with border infrastructure construction including reinforcing steel installation, concrete placement, embeds, foundations, and related structural work in remote heavy civil construction environments.

Core Responsibilities

  • Install reinforcing steel (rebar), anchor bolts, embeds, and structural components
  • Assistwith formwork, layout, and concrete placement operations
  • Perform concrete finishing, curing, and structural support activities
  • Installgroutand support foundation systems asrequired
  • Read and interpret drawings, layouts, and field instructions
  • Maintain production schedules while adhering to strict quality and safety standards
  • Support daily coordination with field supervision and project management teams

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of concrete and/or reinforcing steel installation experience
  • Experience working on heavy civil, infrastructure, industrial, or structural concrete projects
  • Ability to read construction drawings and perform layout work
  • Familiarity with formwork systems and concrete placement procedures
  • Strong understanding of construction safety requirements and jobsite expectations
  • Ability to work in remote outdoor environments under physically demanding conditions
