Reiki instructors teach energy healing techniques that some individuals use as complementary therapy for PTSD symptoms. Practitioners should advise clients to seek comprehensive care from qualified healthcare providers.

A typical day for a Reiki Instructor often involves preparing lesson plans, leading group or one-on-one Reiki training sessions, and providing hands-on demonstrations of healing techniques.
