The Sr Quality Analyst tests web applications and software to ensure standards are met by reviewing requirements, specification, and technical design documentation, identifying risk to system functionality, creating test plans and executing test cases. Writes and maintains test automation. Develops, publishes, and implements test plans. Executes test cases to validate all system components (UI, APIs/services, reports, database). Develops quality assurance standards. Defines and tracks quality assurance metrics such as defect densities and open defect counts. Provide post-release support related to defect analysis, scalability, and workflow. Communicate directly with management and the development team regarding test objectives, requirements, and results. Complete all responsibilities as outlined in the annual performance review and/or goal setting. Complete all special projects and other duties as assigned. Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.

Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field or equivalent work experience. Minimum 6 – 8 years of significant Quality Assurance background, including functional, integration, and regression testing. Significant experience with industry leading Quality Assurance related tools. Proven excellence in solving complex problems related to software testing. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Significant experience testing web applications. Proficient in writing and executing complex SQL queries (Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server, or similar). Proficient skills in analysis, documentation, and presentation tools, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.
