About the Role

If you love keeping moving pieces organized and making complex event logistics feel seamless, this could be your kind of role. As a Congress Specialist, Registration, you'll support Life Sciences congress activity in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment where accuracy, compliance, and great communication really matter. You'll be the go-to for attendee registration, housing coordination, confirmations, and client support across multiple congresses at once. It's a great fit for someone who's detail-obsessed, solution-oriented, and enjoys working with both data and people.

You're Good At

  • Managing attendee registration, rooming lists, visa letter requests, and final confirmations with accuracy and care
  • Working in a structured, compliance-focused environment where documentation, audit readiness, and deadlines are essential
  • Using Cvent attendee, hotel, and reporting modules to maintain clean data, reporting, and communication workflows
  • Handling client questions and logistical details with professionalism, responsiveness, and a strong customer-service mindset
  • Juggling multiple congresses at once while staying organized, collaborative, and focused on delivering quality work

You Might Also Have

  • 5+ years of congress or convention planning and management experience
  • 3+ years of client management experience and 3+ years of attendee management experience
  • Experience supporting Life Sciences or pharmaceutical programs in a highly regulated, detail-oriented setting
  • International attendee experience and confidence working across cultures on a global team
  • A college degree and/or CMP certification

Travel requirements for this role are as follows:Less than 25%
