Position Summary

The IT Support Technician's role is to provide level I support for LCHC's user base. This involves answering help desk calls, logging support tickets, installing and maintaining onsite hardware, and troubleshooting IT issues via phone, remote support, and in person.

Qualifications

Respond to support questions submitted by users via phone, email

Excellent problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong customer service skills and a service-oriented attitude.

Ability to work in a team environment.

Technical understanding of all user-facing hardware, software, and peripheral equipment.

1-2 years of work experience and an associate degree desired. Ability to operate tools, components, and peripheral accessories.

Required Knowledge, Education, Experience or Licensure/Registration

Associate degree desired

A+ certification within 12 months of hire.

MCSE or MCSA desirable.
