Regional Vice President (RVP) at Any Hour Group (a major private-equity backed residential home services platform specializing in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work) leads multi-market operations, driving P&L performance, scalable growth, and leadership development across a portfolio of regional trade brands.

Core Responsibilities

Multi-Market Operations: Oversee day-to-day operations and regional execution across multiple branch locations and acquired home-service brands

Financial Accountability: Own regional P&L, drive revenue and profitability targets, optimize labor and operational expenses, and manage budgets

Leadership & Coaching: Partner with, mentor, and develop local General Managers to build high-performing branch teams.

Process & Performance Management: Establish operating cadences, track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and implement scalable systems to elevate market performance

Customer & Employee Experience: Align regional practices with company values to maximize customer satisfaction, employee retention, and top talent development

Key Qualifications

Experience: 10+ years of progressive senior leadership or multi-site operational management experience, ideally within home services, HVAC, construction, or field-service trades
