Job description

Regional Sales Support Representative

Location: Anywhere in the State of Ohio.

This role enables associates to work virtually full-time, except for required in-person training sessions, providing maximum flexibility and autonomy. This approach promotes productivity, supports work-life integration, and ensures essential face-to-face onboarding and skill development. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office.

TheRegional Sales Support Representative will be responsible for providing advanced service & sales support to brokers selling Medicare products and supporting the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) & Regional Sales Manager (RSM) II as needed.
How you will make an impact:

  • Engages with lower level producing brokers via telephone, written communications, and face to face (F2F) meetings/webinars.
  • Assists with promoting and tracking of co-op advertising and HRA (Health Risk Assessment) campaigns.
  • Provides sales support related to reporting, disenrollments, requests for information (RFI), special projects, broker onboarding and training, welcome kits, outbound call campaigns and other items as assigned.
  • Actively recruits non-Medicare selling brokers to sell Medicare products.
  • Coordinates training logistics and F2F meetings/webinar participation for specifically assigned brokers as well as for RSM and RSM II.


Minimum Requirements:

  • Requires a high school diploma or a GED equivalent and a minimum of 3 years of related customer service experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
  • Active and current life and health Insurance license in good standing required and may be obtained within the first sixty (60) days of employment.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:

  • BA/BS preferred.
  • Previous administrative or operational support experience.
  • Experience working with CRM platforms and other business systems.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Previous experience working with Medicare and/or Medicaid programs.
    Prior experience in a healthcare or health insurance environment is preferred.
  • Sales and/or territory management experience preferred.

For candidates working in person or virtually in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $43,280 to $64,920

Location: Cleveland, OH; Columbus, OH
