Responsibilities
  • Maintain building access and visitor process.
  • Support Inside Sales Representatives with customer service and sales activities.
  • Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, pricing requests, and bids.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, order status, and delivery schedules.
  • Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders.
  • Review customer requirements and assist in identifying appropriate products and solutions.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, quotes, and sales activity within company systems.
  • Monitor back orders and proactively communicate updates to customers and the sales team.
  • Assist with vendor communications and product sourcing requests.
  • Support account management activities and customer relationship development.
  • Handle administrative tasks including reporting, documentation, and sales support projects.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of electrical products, services, and company programs.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred.
  • 1-3 years of customer service, sales support, or electrical distribution experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and business systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Basic understanding of electrical products and industry terminology preferred.
