Job description

Description:

About Sweathouz

Sweathouz is a fast-growing wellness brand delivering elevated sweat, recovery, and guest experiences through modern studio environments. The brand is focused on operational excellence, strong studio leadership, and consistent hospitality across every location.

Position Summary

Sweathouz is seeking a passionate, performance-driven Regional Manager to support seven studios across the Atlanta region. This is a field-based leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence, sales performance, people development, and guest experience across a portfolio of studios. The Regional Manager will spend the majority of time in-market and in-studio, working directly alongside Studio Managers and their teams rather than working from the HQ office.

Requirements:

What you'll do

  • Lead, coach, and develop Studio Managers so they are equipped to lead high-performing teams and deliver results.
  • Conduct regular performance conversations, coaching, and succession planning to strengthen bench strength across the region.
  • Champion a culture of accountability, inclusivity, recognition, and strong execution.
  • Support hiring and staffing efforts to help ensure each studio is fully staffed and aligned with brand expectations.
  • Maintain consistent compliance with brand, operational, and safety standards through regular studio visits, audits, and follow-up.
  • Standardize and improve processes across studios to support consistency and scale.
  • Partner with headquarters and cross-functional teams to roll out initiatives, tools, and operational improvements at the studio level.
  • Monitor and drive key business metrics including revenue, conversion, retention, and utilization.
  • Set clear regional goals and partner with Studio Managers to meet or exceed performance targets.
  • Collaborate on local marketing and member acquisition efforts that grow awareness, traffic, and membership.
  • Ensure every studio consistently delivers the Sweathouz guest experience and respond quickly to guest feedback when improvement is needed.
  • Support training efforts that strengthen hospitality, service, and studio performance.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of multi-unit leadership experience in fitness, hospitality, or retail.
  • Proven success building strong teams and exceeding performance goals.
  • Experience in a fast-growth or franchise environment strongly preferred.
  • Inspiring, inclusive leadership style with strong coaching capability.
  • Strong business and financial acumen with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organized with strong time management and follow-through.
  • Comfortable with frequent travel throughout the Atlanta region and working non-traditional hours as needed.

Work environment

This is a field support role based in the Atlanta market and supporting seven studios in the region. The Regional Manager is expected to be highly visible in studios and actively present with Studio Managers and their teams. This is not an HQ office-based role.

Why join Sweathouz

This role offers the opportunity to shape performance, team development, and guest experience across a growing regional portfolio. It is an ideal opportunity for a hands-on, field-focused leader who enjoys coaching in real time, building strong teams, and driving business results in a high-growth environment.
