BODYROK North Georgia is a fast growing franchise group of BODYROK that is seeking a lead studio advisor to manage the new Milton location. BODYROK is a high energy, high intensity pilates inspired reformer workout. We are focused on building the best community and supporting our members in and outside the studio. As our Lead Studio Adviso, you’ll lead with passion and purpose to drive membership growth, manage daily operations, and help build a high-performing team that delivers an exceptional experience. You’ll embody the BODYROK brand in and out of the studio, creating a sense of community. A proven leader with sales and management experience, a love for wellness, and the ability to inspire others are key in this role.
  • Managing the studio advisor team of your studio
    • Training new SAs on processes and ensuring they are ready for solo shifts 
    • Review membership requests and daily wrap ups and provide coaching & feedback for SAs as needed
    • Lead quarterly SA meetings / trainings 
  • Sales 
    • Partner with Regional Manager on Daily Goals and communicate with team on progress and expectations 
    • First timer > intro offer > membership conversions for in studio sales KPIs- send to Regional Manager every Monday for previous week
  • Membership account management 
    • Upgrades / Downgrades/ Freezes/ Cancellations processing 
    • Sales prep for the SAs - expiring intro reports, etc 
  • Studio Advisor schedule
    • Send SA availability forms and create monthly schedule by the end of the third week of the prior month
    • Manage Sub Requests for the studio advisor team, ensuring all shifts are covered 
  • Studio Maintenance & Operations 
    • Review maintenance reports to identify needs at respective studio. 
    • Supply ordering and inventory 
    • Mindbody schedule maintenance 
  • In -studio celebrations & activations 
    • Coordinating membership milestones and celebrations 
    • Create an inclusive and FUN environment in studio 
    • Partner with Lead Trainers to execute Instructor milestone celebrations
  • Culture 
    • Maintain a positive, inclusive and welcoming environment where the team feels comfortable and confident sharing and providing feedback 
  • Deliver exemplary Client Experience in line with BODYROK
