Job description

This Regional Nurse Consultant will support a number of client skilled nursing communities located in South Carolina. Must live in South Carolina to be considered. Full-time benefits start on the first day of the month following your start date!

Position Summary

Fundamental Clinical & Operational Services, LLC, is seeking a talented Clinical Services Director (Regional Nurse Consultant) to provide consultation and support to a number of client centers.

Posted Salary Range

USD $115,000.00 - USD $125,000.00 /Yr.

Wage Commensuration

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.

Duties & Responsibilities

The Regional Nurse Consultant will work directly with client centers on system implementation/evaluation. Reviewing compliance with all appropriate state, federal guidelines/regulations, in accordance with established company policies and procedures. Works with all facility departments to assist in planning, implementing and evaluating patient/resident centered programming. Assists facilities with the interpretation and implementation of policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Ideal candidate must be a skilled communicator, director and motivator. Able to organize and prioritize many tasks effectively.
  • 5 years of experience in a leadership role; must have Skilled Nursing (long term care experience - Director of Nursing experience required).
  • Previous Nurse Consultant experience highly preferred.
  • Able to react to emergency situations appropriately when required.
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (RN) , BSN with a valid RN license.
  • Must be willing to travel to assigned facilities by personal automobile or by air - overnight travel may be required.
  • Reliable transportation required
