We are seeking an experienced Regional Nurse Consultant (RN) to provide clinical leadership and operational support for five skilled nursing centers throughout Florida. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned long-term care professional who enjoys building strong clinical teams, driving quality outcomes, and partnering with facility leaders to deliver exceptional resident care.

What You'll Do

  • Provide clinical leadership and support to Directors of Nursing and interdisciplinary teams across five skilled nursing centers.

  • Drive quality improvement initiatives and monitor key clinical outcomes.

  • Prepare centers for state and federal surveys while promoting continuous survey readiness.

  • Mentor, coach, and develop nursing leaders to achieve clinical excellence.

  • Analyze quality metrics, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement evidence-based solutions.

  • Ensure compliance with CMS regulations, state requirements, and company policies.

  • Partner with operations leadership to improve resident outcomes and organizational performance.

  • Assist with clinical investigations, regulatory compliance, infection prevention initiatives, and quality assurance activities.

  • Support recruitment, orientation, and retention of nursing leadership.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Florida.

  • Must reside in the South Florida area.

  • Minimum of 3 years of nursing home experience (required).

  • Previous experience as a Director of Nursing and/or Regional Nurse Consultant in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting.

  • Extensive knowledge of CMS regulations, survey process, MDS, Quality Measures, QAPI, Infection Prevention, and clinical reimbursement.

  • Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.

  • Ability to travel regularly between assigned centers.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Multi-facility clinical oversight experience.

  • Proven history of improving survey outcomes and quality measures.

  • Experience leading successful regulatory surveys.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
