The TRG Growth Practice is engaged with a growing global manufacturer headquartered in the Midwest is seeking a Regional Quality Manager to lead quality strategy and execution across multiple North American sites. This is a high-impact leadership role within an organization currently executing a strategic, multi-pronged growth plan focused on operational excellence, expansion, and continuous improvement.
If you're a hands-on quality leader with a strong Lean toolkit and a passion for building high-performing teams, this is an opportunity to help shape the future of a rapidly evolving organization.
What You'll Do
  • Lead quality strategy and performance across multiple North American manufacturing sites
  • Partner with site leadership to drive continuous improvement, standardization, and best practices
  • Champion Lean principles, root cause problem solving, and structured quality systems
  • Develop, mentor, and scale a high-performing regional quality team
  • Drive improvements in customer satisfaction, product quality, and operational performance
  • Collaborate closely with Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain leaders
  • Report directly to the Senior Director of Operations

  • Proven Quality leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
