  • Short- and Long-Term Disability Insurance
  • 401(k) Retirement Plan
  • Legal Assistance and Identity Theft Protection Plans
  • Average investment of $5,000 per employee annually in training and career development
Why You?

You want to be part of a team that improves lives through essential infrastructure.

What It Takes?
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 10โ€“15+ years of progressive experience in construction, with a strong background in foundation, civil, or power delivery projects
  • Proven leadership experience managing multiple project teams, regions, or business units
  • Deep knowledge of foundation construction methods, including drilled shafts, driven piles, and structural concrete and site civil work
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasts, and P&L performance
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, develop talent, and drive operational excellence
  • Experience with project management and scheduling tools (Primavera, HCSS, or similar)
  • Strong communication, organizational, and decisionโ€‘making skills
