Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain company policies
  • Ensure consistent property management practices
  • Assist with budget planning, budget building, approvals, and financial forecasting.
  • Monitor financial performance, including variances, reclasses, and accruals
  • Conduct regular meetings with Community Directors and leadership
  • Review invoices, vendor pricing and PO’s
  • Ensure proper incident reporting and documentation
  • Maintain organized records and files

Property Operations:

  • Oversee daily operations across all properties
  • Conduct site visits and inspections
  • Monitor occupancy, retention, and leasing performance
  • Approve marketing and advertising efforts
  • Provide real time market and product feedback to help set pricing
  • Ensure property safety and maintenance standards
  • Recommend capital improvements

General Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example with professionalism and positivity
  • Support team goal setting and performance
  • Contribute to overall company success

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven leader with experience overseeingmulti-site operations and developing high-performing teams
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to managebudgets, financial performance, and portfolio-wide metrics

  • Professional, polished communicator with executive presence and the ability to influence at all levels
  • Highly organized with the ability to managemultiple properties, priorities, and competing deadlines
  • 5+ years of multifamily experience, includingregional or multi-site leadership experience required
  • Experience with Entrata or similar property management systems is a plus
