  • Guard Force Management: Oversee the performance and management of all contracted security guard forces in the Northeast region. Ensure compliance with global Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), conduct regular performance reviews, and foster strong relationships with security vendors.
  • Site Security Oversight: Act as the lead for day-to-day physical security management of sites in the Northeast AOR (Area of Responsibility), implementing and enforcing Anduril's security policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Physical Security Assessments: Conduct comprehensive, regular physical security assessments of all Northeast facilities. This includes evaluating access control systems, perimeter security, CCTV surveillance, alarm systems, visitor management, and overall site vulnerability.
  • Risk Mitigation & Strategy Development: Identify potential physical security risks specific to the Northeast region and develop/implement effective mitigation strategies and enhanced security protocols.
  • Budget Management: Manage the regional physical security budget for the Northeast region, ensuring efficient allocation of resources, cost control, and accurate financial reporting.
  • Crisis Management Support: Provide crucial physical security support during crisis events within the Northeast region, working collaboratively with the broader Security Operations team and local site leadership to ensure rapid and effective response.
  • Incident Investigation & Reporting: Lead or support investigations into physical security incidents, ensuring thorough documentation and timely reporting to stakeholders.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with site leadership, Facilities, EHS, Legal, HR, and other internal departments, as well as local law enforcement and relevant external agencies as needed.
  • Policy Implementation & Compliance: Ensure all physical security measures and operations within the Northeast region comply with Anduril's global security standards, relevant regulations, and legal requirements.
  • Security Technology Implementation: Support the evaluation, implementation, and maintenance of physical security technologies within the region.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of progressive experience in physical security management, with a significant portion focused on regional oversight and guard force management.
  • Demonstrated experience managing physical security operations across multiple sites within a specific geographic region.
  • Proven track record in conducting comprehensive physical security assessments, identifying vulnerabilities, and developing actionable mitigation plans.
  • Experience managing security budgets and overseeing the performance of contracted security services, including a strong understanding of SLAs and KPIs.
  • In-depth knowledge of physical security principles, technologies (e.g., access control, CCTV, intrusion detection), and best practices.
  • Strong understanding of crisis management principles and experience providing physical security support during incidents.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
