Your Task

• Train and evaluate all personnel on safe operation of all Arvato PITs

• Implement and assist with all OSHA and warehouse rules and regulations related to Powered Industrial Equipment

• Continually add value to training material through continued input and feedback

• Engaging team members to build and maintain safety as part of the culture

• Ability to prioritize job tasks and duties

• Instruct, examine, and help determine driving ability

• Oversee practical training and testing

• Prioritize safety and accident prevention

• Perform Practical applications of PIT training

• Teach truck familiarization and principles of PIT operation

• Abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations

• Follow and maintain 5s Program and guidelines

• Performs other related duties as assigned.

• Weekly PIT audits

Your Profile

• Must be Bilingual English/Spanish

• Must be a current Arvato FL Driver – certified on all 6 pieces of Arvato PITs

• Strong customer service; people friendly

• Team player: reliable, dependable, responsible, and able to fulfill obligations

• Computer literacy - PROFICIENT

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – LEADING TRAINING

• SAP and /or WMS environment preferred

• Ability to lift 30 lbs. on a continuous basis and occasionally up to 50 lbs. unassisted

• Able to stand/walk for long periods of time (6 hrs+)

• Must be able to push/pull/lift up to 50 lbs

• Manufacturing Environment: Office / Warehouse Dock Environment

• Occasional exposure to weather

• Moderate to Loud noise level

• Ability to Commute or Relocate/Location Address: Pleasant Prairie, WI
