Regional Manager, Pharmacy / Pharmacy Operations Manager
1 hour west of Corvallis and 90 miles NW of Eugene

What You'll Be Doing

  • Provide operational leadership for assigned pharmacy departments

  • Plan, organize, direct, coordinate, and evaluate departmental functions and activities

  • Maintain management controls that support efficient, high-quality pharmacy services

  • Monitor departmental performance, budgets, and costs

  • Prepare and dispense medications while assessing patients' clinical status

  • Provide medication education and drug information to patients and medical teams


About You

  • Be able to do the job as described.

  • Current, unencumbered Oregon Pharmacist license required

  • 2 years pharmacist experience - 1 year leadership experience plus one 1 year pharmacist experience or PYG2

  • Leadership experience in pharmacy operations

  • BLS and ACLS certifications required within 90 days of hire
