Sixt is seeking a Regional Sales Performance Manager to lead sales and service performance across the Central market. The role focuses on sales responsibility for branches including airport and downtown locations ensuring sales and service performance and quality expectations are met.  They are responsible for leading, motivating, and supporting their sales team, as well as building and maintaining relationships with the employees and stakeholders. To grow revenue, optimize results, monitor performance, and achieve the growth objectives set by senior management. 

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT 

  • You consult branch and area managers to assess branch performance and create actionable sales/service and quality improvement plans
  • You coach branch managers in quality topics, employee training, sales techniques, and goal setting
  • You train employees and managers in maximizing sales and service opportunities to optimize customer rental experience
  • You conduct workshops and role-playing sessions to refine sales and standard operating procedures and skills
  • You implement motivational culture to boost morale and strengthen branch performance
  • You provide reporting and updates to senior management

YOUR SKILLS MATTER 

  • Experience: You have a minimum 2+ years in sales training, management, or coaching; 5+ years in customer service, quality, or sales
  • Education: You have a bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
  • Communication You are skilled in delivering honest, actionable feedback to managers and leaders that drives accountability while maintaining trust
  • Technical Proficiency: You have strong Microsoft Office and Project Management skills
  • Sales Expertise: You have experience meeting quotas or in commission-based roles preferred
  • Travel: You must be able to travel up to 80%, including by airplane, have a clean driving record and a valid driver's license
