Job Title: Regional Manager

Reports To: Ownership

Anytime Fitness is seeking an energetic, highly motivated, and personable Regional Manager with a passion for helping others and improving their lives through health and fitness. The Regional Manager will lead Club Managers and District Managers in driving membership and personal training sales growth, train and develop the leadership at the club level, and work closely with senior management to meet company objectives.

Essential Duties, Responsibilities, & Expectations:

• Drive membership and training sales.

• Communicate and implement marketing campaigns as set forth by the Ownership.

• Community outreach and involvement.

• Management of customer interactions through a variety of social media platforms.

• Lead and train team members on company best practices.

• Review and Analyze club reports and data to improve decision making and identify trends.

• Review Profit & Loss and communicate areas of improvement for profitability.

• Communicate company goals and hold team members accountable.

• Ensure club cleanliness and service standards are exceptional.

• Team building through strong leadership and development.

• Oversee hiring process to ensure candidates meet the company’s needs and objectives.

• Provide top of the line customer service to members, clients, and fellow employees.

Work Environment:

Travel Demands: Up to 10% Annually. Travel expenses covered by the company.

Regional Managers are required to travel to clubs that they oversee weekly.

Physical Demands: A Regional Manager spends much of the day in their clubs and on their feet.

Must be able to lift to 50 pounds.

Business days are Monday through Friday. Some Evenings and Saturdays may be required.

Education & Experience Requirements:

* Fitness experience required

* Personal Training Certification

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Ability to analyze data and performance metrics to prioritize decisions based on club and company needs.

• Proven ability to lead a team.

• Innovative problem-solver with the ability to increase productivity.

• Knowledge of multiple PC software packages such as MSOffice suite.

• Knowledge of iOS software on iPad.

• Excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong project management background.

• Fitness sales experience required.

• Ability to multi-task and prioritize.

• CPR, First Aid and AED certified preferred but not required.
