Job description

The Regional Manager is responsible for leading the overall performance, operations, and development of multiple Los Campeones Gym locations. This role provides direct leadership to General Managers, ensuring each location delivers an exceptional member experience while meeting operational, financial, staffing, and sales goals. The Regional Manager serves as a culture leader, coach, and problem solver, driving consistency, accountability, and continuous improvement across all assigned locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop General Managers to achieve company goals and uphold Los Campeones Gym standards.
  • Drive membership growth, retention, and overall club profitability.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement action plans to improve performance.
  • Conduct regular club visits, audits, and operational reviews to ensure consistency across all locations.
  • Recruit, hire, train, and develop management talent while building strong succession plans.
  • Ensure all clubs maintain high standards of cleanliness, equipment maintenance, safety, and member service.
  • Manage labor budgets, payroll, operating expenses, and other controllable costs.
  • Hold management teams accountable through performance reviews, coaching, and goal setting.
  • Resolve complex member and employee concerns professionally and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic initiatives, new club openings, remodels, and operational improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and applicable employment and safety regulations.
  • Foster a positive, high-performance culture centered around accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
  • 2-5+ years of multi-unit retail, fitness, hospitality, or operations management experience preferred.
  • Proven leadership experience managing multiple teams and developing managers.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to analyze financial reports, budgets, and operational metrics.
  • Experience with hiring, coaching, performance management, and conflict resolution.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and business management software.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation with the ability to travel regularly between locations.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to walk multiple facilities daily and remain active throughout the workday.
  • Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
