Shift E: Mon - Fri (8am ~ 5pm)

Responsibilities

  • Manage raw material inventory to maintain optimal stock levels, ensure inventory accuracy, and establish effective safety stock policies.
  • Forecast raw material requirements based on production plans and Bill of Materials (BOM), proactively identifying potential shortages and supply risks.
  • Develop and implement strategies to minimize obsolete and slow-moving inventory while optimizing inventory performance.
  • Oversee raw material receiving, storage, issuance, and inventory transactions, ensuring compliance with FIFO and Lot Traceability requirements.
  • Optimize warehouse operations, space utilization, and material flow to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and execute contingency plans to mitigate material supply disruptions, and coordinate with customers regarding supply constraints and recovery plans.
  • Lead inventory audits and analyze inventory data to identify trends and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Supervise, coach, and develop material management personnel while managing team performance and accountability.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration with Production, Purchasing, Quality, Logistics, and other departments to support business objectives.
  • Establish, monitor, and report key performance indicators (KPIs), while leading process improvement projects to enhance overall material management performance.

Qualifications

  • Warehouse MHE experience preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent experience preferred
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Proficiency in MS Office Products
  • Proficiency in Korean is required
