Regional Manager Responsibilities
- Educating, developing, supporting, mentoring, and retaining a dynamic sales team.
- Develop initiatives, goals, and strategies to elevate territory performance.
- Manage the development of Retail Account Coordinators.
- Weekly touchbases with direct reports.
