Synergy Care, Inc. is now accepting applications for an Area Manager

The Area Manager is responsible for managing, supervising, and staffing the rehabilitation department of each assigned facility to meet residentsโ€™ needs, the companyโ€™s fiscal requirements and federal/state regulations. The Area Manager will achieve employee relations, customer relations/satisfaction and financial objectives through strong leadership and effective management of staff.

Requirements
  • Previous Area or Regional Management Experience or 3-5 years Director of Rehab experience.
  • Licensed in the state of LA as a therapist or assistant (E.g., PT, PTA, OT, COTA, SLP).
