Job Description:
The Senior HRIS Analyst will support the HRIS Manager with administration of one or more HR systems within RaceTrac and provide support to all system end-users and business stakeholders.
What You'll Do:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for daily functional support of key HR systems, including Workday HCM system, time-tracking system and learning management system.
  • Manage issues reported to the HRIS help ticket queue and provide end-user troubleshooting, issue remediation, technology assistance and escalation management.
  • Support major Workday releases by testing new functionality, identifying opportunities to enhance our environment with new features and performing regression testing.
  • Support the testing and implementation of new projects and enhancements.
  • Build and maintain business process/design documentation for HR end users.
  • Recommend and advise on process improvements, innovative solutions and process automation gather and document business requirements.
  • Develop reports based on business needs and requirements

What We're Looking For:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Workday business processes and reporting.
  • Experience completing mass updates to system data (i.e. Workday EIBs).
  • Outstanding follow-through and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate professionally, both written and verbally.
  • Ability to use metrics and data analysis to identify and resolve issues.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team, as well as to establish and maintain effective working relationships at every level of the organization.
  • Advanced/Expert proficiency with Excel

Responsibilities:
  • Provides production and end user support for all HR systems-related needs.
  • Identifies areas where system and/or reporting improvements or automations can be made. Works with the HRIS Manager to develop new processes and automations and supports implementing, monitoring and tracking the success of these changes.
    • Retrieves, merges, and assesses sensitive HR data from multiple sources for both ad-hoc and standard reporting needs to produce information for analysis and decision making; reviews and validates HR data as well as identifies outliers and inaccuracies; provides solutions to problems.
    • Identifies trends seen within reporting and translates findings into actionable items or recommendations for customers.
