The Project Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the successful planning, execution, and delivery of hotel technology implementations for Client's properties across the EAME region.
Working within the Client's Migration Program, this role manages the day\-to\-day coordination of assigned hotel deployments, ensuring project activities remain aligned to the overall program schedule, implementation standards, and deployment milestones.
The Project Coordinator leads the operational execution of each deployment by partnering closely with hotel leadership, Client's teams, regional deployment teams, implementation vendors, and third\-party partners. The role is responsible for coordinating activities across the entire project lifecycle, including project initiation, planning, configuration, onboarding, testing, training, deployment readiness, cutover, go\-live, and hypercare.
Success in this role requires exceptional organization, communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to coordinate multiple concurrent hotel implementations within a fast\-paced, cross\-functional environment.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate assigned hotel technology deployment projects from initiation through hypercare, ensuring activities remain on schedule and aligned with Hyatt implementation standards.
Lead hotel deployment kick\-off meetings, establishing project governance, implementation approach, timelines, roles and responsibilities, and key project expectations.
Maintain integrated project plans and coordinate activities across multiple technology workstreams, including configuration, onboarding, testing, training, cutover, go\-live, and hypercare.
Coordinate cross\-functional activities between hotel leadership, Hyatt corporate teams, regional deployment teams, implementation vendors, and third\-party partners to support successful project delivery.
Facilitate recurring project meetings, maintain project documentation, RAID logs, action registers, and provide regular project status updates to stakeholders.
Monitor project progress, deployment readiness, risks, issues, dependencies, and critical milestones, escalating blockers and schedule impacts to the Program Manager as appropriate.
Support cutover planning, go\-live execution, and post\-go\-live hypercare, ensuring all deployment readiness criteria and implementation deliverables are successfully completed.
Promote consistent project governance, implementation standards, and continuous improvement by documenting lessons learned and supporting process enhancements across the Client's Migration Program.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
3+ years of project management or project coordination experience supporting hotel technology implementations or deployment projects.
Experience with Opera Cloud PMS implementations is strongly preferred.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent implementation projects and competing priorities.
Experience working with hotel operations teams, hotel leadership, corporate stakeholders, vendors, and third\-party partners.
Strong project planning, organization, communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to influence and coordinate cross\-functional teams without direct authority.
Experience using project management tools such as Smartsheet or similar platforms.
Ability to work effectively across multiple time zones.
Willingness to travel during deployment, go\-live, and hypercare periods, as needed.
Previous hotel operations experience is an advantage.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Fluency in speaking, writing, and reading English and Spanish.
EDUCATION:
