These hotels are designed to cater primarily to business and leisure travelers seeking convenient accommodations close to major airports. They typically offer amenities such as free airport shuttle services, comfortable guest rooms, meeting spaces, fitness centers, and on-site dining options. The focus is on providing reliable, efficient, and comfortable stays for travelers with early flights, layovers, or business in the area.

What are some common challenges faced by staff working at a Courtyard Airport hotel, and how can they be addressed?

Working closely with other departments, such as housekeeping and shuttle services, helps ensure smooth operations and a positive guest experience.
