Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN)
MLR is seeking a dedicated and flexible Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN) to join our client's esteemed healthcare facility near Placitas, NM. This dynamic role allows you to work across various departments, delivering high-quality care to a diverse patient population.
Key Responsibilities for Float Pool RN:
  • Provide outstanding nursing care in multiple units, ensuring patient safety and satisfaction.
  • Perform thorough patient assessments and create personalized care plans.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as ordered by healthcare providers.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate and enhance patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in line with hospital standards.
  • Educate patients and families about health management, treatment options, and discharge instructions.
  • Offer support and flexibility during peak times or special circumstances.
Qualifications for Float Pool Registered Nurse:
  • Active RN licensure in New Mexico required.
  • Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
  • Current certifications in ACLS and CPR are required; PALS and TNCC certifications are preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in acute care settings; diverse specialty experience is a plus.
