Kforce has a client that is seeking an HFM Consolidations Analyst in Malvern, PA. Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented HFM Financial Systems Analyst to support financial consolidation, reporting, and system administration activities within Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM). This role will partner with Finance, Accounting, FP&A, and global business teams to ensure accurate and timely financial consolidations, reporting, and system support. The ideal candidate will have hands-on HFM experience, strong accounting and finance knowledge, and the ability to troubleshoot complex consolidation and reporting issues. Key Responsibilities: Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial consolidation processes within HFM Perform data loads, validations, currency translations, intercompany eliminations, and consolidation activities Monitor HFM data and investigate variances, reconciliation issues, and data integrity concerns Support the preparation and distribution of consolidated financial statements and management reports Maintain HFM metadata, including entities, accounts, currencies, scenarios, and organizational structures Assist with HFM system administration, including security, workflows, rules, and application configurations Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot financial reports and reporting packages Partner with Corporate Finance, Accounting, FP&A, and regional finance teams to resolve reporting and consolidation issues Support month-end close activities and ensure consolidation deadlines are met Analyze intercompany balances and resolve reconciliation discrepancies Participate in system enhancements, upgrades, testing, and process improvement initiatives Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate system changes Maintain documentation for financial consolidation processes, controls, and system procedures Support internal and external audit requests related to financial reporting and consolidations Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business, or related field 3+ years of experience in financial consolidation, financial reporting, accounting systems, or a related role Hands-on experience with Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) Experience with month-end close and intercompany accounting processes Strong understanding of financial reporting, consolidations, and accounting principles Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Oracle EPM, Hyperion Planning, or other financial reporting tools Experience supporting system implementations, upgrades, or financial transformation initiatives Public accounting or corporate finance experience Experience in a multi-entity or global organization Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial statement preparation Key Competencies: Financial Consolidation Oracle HFM Financial Reporting Intercompany Accounting Financial Systems Administration Data Analysis Month-End Close Problem Solving Process Improvement Stakeholder Management Audit Support Excel Proficiency The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
