WHAT YOU WILL DO

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Regional Vehicle Distribution, this position is responsible for all analytical and administrative tasks related to the distribution of vehicles in the region.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
  • Order, allocate, group, and manage the regional pool car fleet, ensuring the correct number of vehicles are available at all times. Coordinate required Hyundai maintenance, monitor mileage usage, and dispose of vehicles once they reach designated mile caps.
  • Administer all vehicle-related documentation, including invoices, certificates of origin, and purchase agreements. Process lease paperwork along with registration and title documentation for all company-leased vehicles.
  • Review, approve, and fulfill regional vehicle requests in a timely manner, including assigning pool cars and distributing units for business needs, events, and special programs.
  • Utilize SAP to distribute demo vehicles and lease returns for dealer or individual purchase while supporting vehicle allocation activities across the region.
  • Oversee and manage all company-use vehicles, including demos, pool cars, marketing units, and leased vehicles across affiliated companies.
  • Track, process, and reconcile invoices and bills associated with company fleet operations, ensuring accuracy and timely payment collection where applicable.
  • Generate and maintain regional reports using systems such as CARS for Windows and SAP, providing accurate data for management decision-making.
  • Maintain accurate tracking of vehicle disposition, including auction sales and transfers, ensuring complete documentation and reporting compliance.
  • Support the Regional Distribution Senior Manager with allocation planning, logistics coordination, and process improvements.
  • Monitor district sales managers' wholesale and allocation performance, providing insights and analysis to support business objectives.
  • Process and track dealer service loaner transactions while providing training support and backup assistance for related fleet operations functions.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE
  • Must be a high school graduate.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Two or more years of work experience is preferred.
  • Prefer at least one year directly related in sales or logistics.
  • Good analytical skills.
  • Proficiency with Windows-based software programs - Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook.
  • Basic understanding of SQL as it related to the formation of CARS queries and database operations.

  • Compensation Range: $56,550 - $78,000 annual base salary
  • Monthly Hyundai/Genesis vehicle lease allowance (including insurance and maintenance)
  • Holiday Pay - the company shuts down with pay between Christmas and New Years.
