Regional Distribution
Amynta Dealer Solutions is Amynta's leading dealer program offering a full suite of industry leading property, casualty and specialty products across multiple segments.
Core Responsibilities
• Identifies new agents/brokers with portfolios that align with our underwriting facility appetites.
• Works with the VP of distribution to manages the onboarding process of new agents.
• Collaborates with underwriting leadership to keep our products fresh and to maintain our ease of doing business.
• Provides necessary education of the P&C products offered by Amynta Dealer Solutions.
• Takes inbound calls from agents to assist with operational tasks, business needs and other requests as necessary to maintain a high service standard (e.g. dealer login resets, rate card updates, product information requests).
• Makes outbound calls to larger agents for proactive service check-ins.
• Develop process for account management and production.
• Run and distribute monthly agency production reporting.
• Identify and solve billing and policy issues for agent partners.
• Maintains alignment and support through communication, encouraging the sharing of information and continually seeking ways to improve.
• Will proactively participate with VP of distribution in developing and executing strategic plans to meet organizational business goals.
• Collaborates with Distribution leadership to establish strategic plans for the longer-term, establishing initiatives now that center on future product and service offerings, closing team competency gaps, creating space for innovation and succession planning for the department.
• Maintains awareness of competitor products, the overall insurance marketplace as well as industry issues to ensure the company is providing competitive and adequate insurance coverage.
Required Skills & Abilities
  • College Degree preferred but service industry experience will be considered in place of a college degree.
  • P&C license or pathway to secure.
  • Strong customer service skills; experience in sales preferred.
  • PC literate with advanced skills in Microsoft Office programs.
  • Microsoft teams and Xcel experience.
  • Strong written and verbal presentation skills; experience in training preferred.
  • Ability to take direction and work independently.
  • Self-motivated; innovative; results oriented; professional demeanor.
  • Ability to view the world through the lens of a customer
